Members have access to the downloads section upon sign up. They're entitled to 500MB/day. They can view/download/rate files, comment on files and manage their comments.
After 50 postsand5 days of membership, members are automatically promoted to a usergroup which allows for uncapped downloads. They can view/download/rate files, comment on files and manage their comments.
So far, we're hosting all raw volumes of D.Gray-man.
We Intend to host
Raw volumes of Katekyo Hitman Reborn;
Raw episodes for DGM(upon request, to begin with);
All Subbed episodes of DGM;
All DGM OSTs/OPs/EDs;
And possibly the Reborn equivalent of those anime files.
A section where members can upload images and create collections of their work(and inspirations). This comes as a result of Edge End's suggestion.
In order to get access to the gallery you need to be in one of the gallery usergroups.
An automatic gallery promotion
After gaining 5 posts, members can view/search the gallery and view/post/edit their comments on it. They can also upload images, but their images will only appear once approved by the moderator. They can upload/edit a total of 25 images and these images may have a max file size of 200KB.
A second gallery promotion for active Gallery Hallway members
You need to request to join this group through your group memberships. Crown Clown is the usergroup leader. The requirements to join this usergroup are written in your group memberships page.
Members in this usergroup can view/upload/edit/delete their own files, view/post/edit/delete their own comments and search the gallery.
Members in this usergroup can upload images with a max file size of 1MB(and this can be increased upon request). They can also upload a maximum of 250 images.
Look around in the gallery to see how we intend to use it.

As what sort of file do you save them, EE? PNG or JPG?
You might just have to shrink them to fit the 200KB size limit. Mine are 1MB or more too, so I think I'll just shrink them a bit and save them as JPGs.

I have a 1MB size limit right now since I joined the group thing, but some of my colorings are over 2MB. PNG or JPEG, they're way too big.
Anyways...I think 3MB would be a good max. Even my largest colorings(1520x1020) are 2.5MB. Should need some unlocking or something tho since its that big. On second thought, maybe not since CC should be approving memberships into the group.
^ Basically an FTP is what you would upload files to in order to see them on a website.
To upload you'd need a FTP program like CuteFTP, CoreFTP or AceFTP (which is what I use). It's fairly easy to use. You just login to the FTP server (or whatever it's called) with the server address, username and password (Tyki would have to give you those), then select the files you want to transfer and transfer them.
