What are trackback URLs? I noticed it when I had to use the Quote button instead of the QR Button.

Got a problem with my timezone settings. It's supposed to GMT-4 here, but I had to set it back to GMT-12 just to have the same time on my computer >_>

Is there a way to fix this? Since I don't live in Eniwetok or w/e..
