my current school,
it was said that this school is famous for the program that has the international based curriculu and supposed to be kind of superior than the usual school
BUT
some of the student in my current year who has the same class as mine were...... JERKS. they have no motivation in studying even though they kind of smart, they disturbed class, they're LAZY, made the teacher too soft on them, LOL, THEY REALLY LIKE A BUNCH OF ELEMENTARY KIDS (i'm currently grade 11th) i can't stand them.
it makes the teacher felt down in teaching and it effect on me.
AND MY GRADES WERE TOTALLY LIKE.........
and now i was really confused. i think that i should have ignored their idiocity and laziness from my bottom of heart and try to study independently but also the teacher didn't give any motivation in teaching and that makes me to ignore the study. WHICH ONE MUST BE BLAMED? ME OR THE IDIOCITY OF MY CLASSMATE (read: THE BOYS)?
i also felt that my dream to go to university abroad is just a dream if this continued until the end of 11th grade. I WANT TO MOVE BUT IT'S REALLY TROUBLESOME.
lol, i wish i can learn independent style of study but..... i need to depent on someone to motivate me... OTL
I ALSO WANT TO RULE MY SCHOOL AND BECOME A DICTATOR

Maybe you should try to get used to the new environment and the students around you first, I'm sure your studies are not as bad as they seem, its just the motivation to study that is lacking (almost the same problem in my case, so I totally understand how you feel).

I'm not sure how the situation over there is exactly, but actually when students are disturbing the class it doesn't necessarily mean lack of motivation. Even the oldest classes need to relax or laugh from time to time, often even teachers don't mind that. I wouldn't stand going to school if everyone just sat still and studied. And our class is quite strong education-wise without being bookworm-ish.
Also, sadly, if you're planning to apply for the national exam, you'll have to learn studying independently anyway. =/ It's not really that hard.Posted 12-09-2009 at 04:26 PM by Melody Spectrum

Sorry I cant help you with that either, but why is your teacher unmotivated due to that? I mean yeah, arrogant kids would annoy the crap out of me, too, but if you cant stand stuff like that why to become teacher then?
Is there no possibility for the teacher to punish them?
I dont really think that that motivates you, but I guess my marks are worse than yours

@blu: thanks.... lol, yesh... but i'm the type that blend to my surroundings instanly without realizing it.... so, if they're lazy, i get the lazy too.... not blaming all of them actually
@deme:OH HI THERE!yeah i know but, they're lazy and unpredicted plus, had a very annoying attitude. and they always tried to beg the teacher to reduce the HW, but always ended up didn't doing it (lol). they rarely get serious too....
oh lol OTL i hate the national exam..... and it's hard for me, i kind of need a teacher to keep my study schedule in line. because with all the fun on my surroundings...... i kind of ... yeah....
@mary: lol they give the boys plus some students detention and stuff but they take a picture of it and put it on the facebook
