Noah's Visual TestamentThis is the other anime section. This is what Noah saw and foresaw; come here to discuss all anime outside of D.Gray-man and REBORN!
Set in the modern age, the story is about Rokujo Miharu, who just wanted to live a normal life and inherit a restaurant. At the moment, his biggest problem was the constant pestering from Kouichi Aizawa and Thobari Kumohira, who started a Nindō (忍道, Nindō? lit. "Way of the Ninja") Club. Miharu wanted nothing to do with "ninjas" and turns them down every time. But soon, he is attacked by an actual group of ninjas and is protected by Kouichi and Kumohira. There, Miharu learns of the hidden ninja world Nabari, the roles of his classmate and teacher in that world, and of the hijutsu Shinrabanshō (森羅万象, Shinrabanshō? lit. "all things in nature") within him. The hijutsu, containing all the world's knowledge, is sorely coveted after in Nabari. And because of that, Miharu cannot return to his normal life. He must become the "Ruler of Nabari" to survive.
I'm not surprised that Yae generates a lot of untrust; she doesn't seem to use her ability sparingly, even on her assistant Still... It's definitely a useful ability to have.
I don't know if I can help you if it reminds you of my least favorite anime "Naruto". (you are clearly viewing life from a different dimension than me)
In other news, the raw of 8 is out..there are a couple of links to where you can get/view it here: (thanks to Asa)
I JUST picked this up yesterday and I'm already in love with it. I like better than I ever like Naruto. I've only read the manga though...the manga seems to be slow going though (on being scanlated)...I can't find anything past chapter 13 anywhere...
Does anyone know how many volumes have been released?
I'm planning to start the anime on crunchyroll tomorrow too...though the subs seem to be lagging as well...8 seems to have been out RAW for a few days but has yet to be subbed (other than in Chinese...)
